Making Government Plans Understandable

The Challenge

• The Tribal Development Department needed to communicate dozens of government schemes and updates—education, health, housing, agriculture, youth training, financial inclusion—to internal teams, policymakers, and tribal communities across Gujarat.
• The content was complex, full of numbers, policy shifts, and implementation data. It had to be clear,
• Structured, and culturally respectful.

What We Did

• We designed a series of Gujarati-language booklets that made the information easy to follow. Our role was to bring clarity to government communication.
• Built clean layouts to organize dense content across 50+ pages
• Used strong visual hierarchy for easy scanning of data and scheme details
• Balanced formal tone with accessibility for wide audience—from officials to on-ground worker
• Ensured all design worked in Gujarati script with high readability

The Result

The booklets now serve as a reliable reference for tribal development programs—easy to read, professionally presented, and aligned with the government’s intent. Clear design helped bridge the gap between policy and people.
